Thomas "Tom" Joseph Kennedy Jr.

KENNEDY, THOMAS J. Jr. "Tom" of Walpole passed away on January 23, 2022 with his loving wife and daughter by his side at the age of 70. Tom graduated with both his Bachelors of Science and Masters Degree from Suffolk University. Tom worked as a Financial analyst for the MBTA and owned a mortgage company in Walpole for many years. He was also a professor at Northeastern University, Suffolk University and Bentley University. Above all else Tom was a loving husband, father and grandfather whom he dedicated his entire life to. He was often seen with a contagious smile on his face carrying one of his grandkids and taking summer trips to Falmouth with his family. Tom will be deeply missed by those he leaves behind his loving wife, Michelle (Dalton) Kennedy of 50 years, his sons Michael T. Kennedy of Walpole and Matthew T. Kennedy and his wife Tina of Plymouth and his daughter Jessica B. Davis and her husband Craig of Mansfield. Cherished grandfather of Michael T. Kennedy, Jared M. Van Ness, Kyla Kennedy Davis, John A. Kennedy, Evan T. Davis and Cody J. Davis. Son of the late Thomas Joseph Kennedy Sr. and Edith (DeTellis) Kennedy. Brother of Stephen Kennedy of Norton, Jack Kennedy of Norwood and the late Gary Kennedy. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2022 from 9am-11am at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, MA. A funeral home service will be held at 11am Thursday followed by a burial at Highland Cemetery, Norwood.
