Victoria, or Vickie, as she was known, immigrated from Italy with her family at the age of 15. It was then that she began her amazing journey in America.  Not knowing  a word of English, she was determined to speak English correctly. Taking care of her family and attending school she also would listen to the radio and read books. Once she completed her Education she began working  as a seamstress. Sewing and cooking were already her passions so it was natural to seek work as a seamstress. It was not long after that she met her future husband, married and started their family. She retired  from sample making for several clothing companies.

Vickie, was the most extraordinary, courageous, witty, and independent person you'd ever meet. Her 'million dollar smile'  that was coined by her father-in-law  instantly showed kindness, caring, sincerity and like ability  Her family was the most important part of her life. The love and enjoyment of taking care of them, and being with them surpassed any  happiness she  ever had. Everyone who met her could feel the warmth of her smile, the kindness and sincerity and especially her sense of humor. She will be missed by all.
