Virginia "Ginni" M. (Caldwell) Tremblay

TREMBLAY, Virginia M. "Ginni" of Stoughton MA passed on to glory January 9 after a long illness. Virginia leaves her husband, Deacon Frank Tremblay, three sons and four grandchildren - her son Matthew, his wife Melissa and son Jack from Kingwood, TX; Michael, his wife Catherine and son Henri of East Hampton, NY; and Joseph, his wife Liza and their children Leo and Rose of Sag Harbor, NY. After graduating as an RN from UMass Amherst, Ginni worked as a hospice nurse for Hospice of the South Shore for over 25 years. Ginni was also an active member of the New Jerusalem Charismatic Prayer Group, meeting at St. Timothy's parish in Norwood, MA, where she served as guitarist and leader/teacher for over 30 years. In support of her husband's ministry, Ginni joined him in 7 years of missionary activity on the Bahamian island of Andros where, once again, her wisdom and guidance were instrumental in their success while her guitar complemented the worship services on Andros. Ginni's compassionate personality touched all who knew her. She loved much and, consequently, was loved much by all who knew her. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, January 13, 2023 from 4-7pm at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington Street Norwood, MA. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2023 10:00am at St. Catherine of Siena Church, Norwood, MA. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery, Canton, MA.
