Walter J. "Skip" Aspinwall Jr.

ASPINWALL, WALTER Joseph Jr. "Skip" of Foxboro formerly of Norwood passed away on August 24, 2021 at the age of 73. Devoted and loving lifelong partner of Judith E. Foley of Foxboro. Father to Ryan Foley and his wife Elisabeth of VA. Brother of Linda J. Aspinwall of Norwood, John F. Aspinwall of Norwood, Nancy J. Christenson of Norwood, Robert M. Aspinwall of Walpole and Barbara A. Good of Walpole. Grandfather to Laurel, Lyla and Dominick. Son of the late Walter J. Sr. and Marion F. (Smithers) Aspinwall. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and 1 great nephew. Walter was a Retired Master Plumber. He was a lifetime member of the Norwood Elks, a kind, loving and generous man with lifelong friends and a loving family. Skip was a Vietnam US Navy Veteran serving on the USS Boston. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 from 9am-12noon at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, MA 02062. A funeral home service will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2021 11:45am. A graveside service with US Navy Honors will be held on Wednesday Sept. 1, 2021 2:15pm at the MA National Cemetery, Bourne, MA.
