Wayne J. Partello

PARTELLO, WAYNE J., age 65 of Norwood passed away peacefully on July 11, 2021 surrounded by his loved ones. Beloved husband of Geraldine F. (Melanson) Partello. Devoted father of Wayne J. Partello Jr. and his wife Kristen of CA, Lisa C. Boyle and her husband Daryl of Foxboro and Christine M. Heenehan and her husband Patrick of Norwood. Cherished grandfather of Kylie, Kevin, Julia, Emily, Jack and Reese. Born on May 27, 1956, he was the loving son of the late Harry and Mary (Mannix) Partello. Brother of Cheryl Walley of NH, Stephen Partello of NH, Mary Anne Harris of NH, Diane Lumbard of ME and the late Partello brothers - Brian, Ronald, Ken and Donald who he missed terribly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews who he loved dearly. Wayne will be remembered for his big heart and generous spirit. He lived for making others happy and always found joy in every situation. He was always a phone call away to offer advice on life's biggest or smallest obstacles. His best advice was, "Life's too short. Don't stress the small stuff. It could be worse. Don't take life or yourself too seriously. Find joy." Throughout the years, he worked so hard to provide the best life for his family. There is nothing that mattered more to him than his family. His children and grandchildren were the light that kept his spirit lit and gave his life meaning. Coffee, scratch tickets, and music were his other loves. When he was not with his family, he could be found jamming out in his car to songs by Bobby Vinton, drinking his Honey Dew medium hot coffee, and pressing his luck to become a millionaire.If you can do anything to honor our father, find a reason to smile every day. Love your people hard. Tell them often.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday morning July 15, 2021 8:30am-10:30am at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, MA. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, July 15, 2021 11am at St. Timothy Parish 650 Nichols St. Norwood, MA. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, buy yourself a scratch ticket and press your luck in honor of Wayne. The family would like to invite everyone to a luncheon immediately following the funeral mass at Four Points by Sheraton 1125 Boston Providence Hwy. RT .1 South, Norwood, MA 02062.
