William M. Danaher

DANAHER, William M. Sr. "Bill," of Burlington, Vermont passed away surrounded by his family on March 6, 2016 at the age of 61. Born in County Cork, Ireland on May 10, 1954, he was raised in Norwood, Ma and spent most of his adult life in Vermont. He was the son of the late Thomas J. and Margaret  M. (Cahill) Danaher. Bill was an inspiring and devoted father to Erin M. Villaverde and her husband, Jorge Villaverde, and his son, William "Liam" Danaher. He also eagerly awaited his first granddaughter who will join the family in April. Bill is the brother of Mary Kate Danaher of Norfolk, Sean T. Danaher and his wife Tobey of Norwood and Joan Cofsky and her husband Mike of E. Walpole. Bill was a voracious reader, an avid outdoorsman, a talented carpenter and a devoted friend to all; he will be missed by many and forgotten by few. Funeral from the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood Friday March 11, 2016 at 8;30am followed by a funeral mass at 11am in St. Catherine of Siena Church Norwood. MA.  Visiting hours will be held on Friday morning only from 8:30am-10:30am. Burial will be at Highlnad Cemetery Norwood.
